I had problems with the wording I got from a technician's statement, the statement implied that they were working for a separate company from JustAnswers and the the technician failed to clarify. I was unhappy and asked the chatbot if the technician had closed my question... somehow, the bot interpreted this as my asking to close my account. There was no opportunity to confirm only question asked was whether I wanted to list my question as priority. I said no because I had already done this.
I was pleasantly surprised to have had a genuine "conversation" with a veterinarian. The doctor answered all my questions, plus provided additional information, as well as being very supportive.

I needed to cancel my Experian account and was not sure how to go about it. I Googled Experian and "chatted" with their bot and before I could talk to someone that could really help me, I had to sign up for Experian AGAIN to even get my problem solved. Just Ask was great once I was connected to them, which didn't take too long. The assistant was very good.

I have an issue with someone that keeps flagging my posts on Craigslist. No matter what I do or what city or state I post in someone keeps flagging my posts. I know that CL is anonymous and there is basically no way to find out who keeps doing this. The tech I spoke with gave me the best advice available. There isn't much more I can do. The horrible thing is I am a full-time musician and need to support myself and family. CL is a way I can possibly find paid shows so I can keep on working. With someone flagging my posts I don't have the opportunity to find work.

Everything looked real โ I even withdrew a small amount at first โ then one day my account was โunder reviewโ and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought Iโd ever see again. If youโve been scammed, donโt give up โ there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
