Do not... I repeat. Do not order from this website. They answer your emails immediately when you are going to place an order, but, now that I want to make a return... my emails have gone unanswered for a week. I now have the charge in dispute with my credit card company.
Do Not order from this site. I to placed an order on the 29th of November for a prayer Shaw and nickle clips... I also sent customer service an email and they sent one back 2days later stating they are still waiting for it to come from the supplier here its December 19th and I have not received my items or my money refunded back to my bank account. I'm letting people know on Facebook twitter etc. Not to buy from this store and why... I might be out my money my shaw and clips but I will get the word out and those who has had these same problems should to. Let's help others not get scammed...
We ordered a $95 Kiddish cup to be used at our wedding. We ordered On Sept 15, and received it on Oct 8. Luckily, our wedding is still 3.5 weeks away, but based on the guidelines regarding shipping timing, we should have received this sooner. Or credit card was charged immediately, yet our order was "pending shipment" for over two full weeks. That was when I emailed the company to inquire. Surprisingly, I received an email back the next day telling me that, coincidentally, our product shipped THAT day. After 2-3 days we were able to see the tracking number through the Israel Post, and then a few days later, we saw it enter the USPS system with the same tracking number until it arrived.
So, we did get what we paid for, but I was very upset about how long the shipment was "pending" for and had we waited any longer to order, we would have spent almost $100 and wouldn't have had it in time for our wedding!
For this reason, I would probably not recommend ordering through this site.
DO NOT TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I have ordered Ahava products and other Dead Sea cosmetics from this site for many years now and am always satisfied. They carry product lines from Ahava that you can't buy in other places online and brands I haven't seen before, like Edom and Elemin. The prices are usually a lot less than I see in the store or other places.
It is a good place to find Jewish themed gifts and I have purchased quite a few items, off the top of my head bookmarks, challah covers, some decorations for my home and some gifts for weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs.

Was trying to speak to the company to make the order for more than a week. Only twuce I managed to speak with them. In the late afternoon hours the customer service was supposed to be available, but it wasn't. When I managed to speak to them today, it happened that they don't sell the item I wanted, though it appears on the website... Just a waste of time! But reading the many negative reviews here, I saved about 80$!
I ordered a pair of sandals from this company May 5,2014. It stated on the website they were made to order and that it would take about 2 weeks from the order date to make them then about 7-14 for shipping, although I secretly had hoped they wouldn't take that long. After about 3 weeks, while waiting, I saw these reviews and I started to wonder if I really wasn't going to get my order after all, even though I got a confirmation email that they had shipped ( but no tracking). However, they actually did arrive today June 16,2014 and I have to say that I am more than pleasantly surprised. These are handmade leather sandals that were only $23 plus $9 shipping and the quality and color is truly beautiful! I was blown away that they fit perfectly and they are amazingly comfortable already with the first wear, which is rare for me to find when I initially am trying to break in shoes. I am so pleased with these, in spite of the lengthy wait, that I will be ordering again from them!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed an order early March. I never received my items. I've sent 17 emails to customer service. I've gotten 3 emails back saying that my items were shipped and not giving me any other info or responding to my requests for a refund. I got ripped off around $200. HUGE SCAM!

I so wish I would have looked at reviews before I purchased from this site. Like everyone else, it has been 10 days since my order was placed. They were quick to take my money but as of yet, my shipment is pending. I too paid the extra money to have it shipped fast since this was a gift. I have sent three emails to their customer service email address and have not received any response whatsoever. I tried to contact them on Facebook but the general population cannot post on their page. Today I called my bank to begin the process of reversing the charges. I have zero faith that they will ship my order and quite frankly I can buy the necklace elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them - you will regret it
I ordered 2 items from this non company for Hanukkah: kr-7144-Cast Metal Dreidel - Pomegranates and Jewels@ $19.99 & EL-DRL-10B-Yair Emanuel Large Wooden Dreidel with Stand - Royal Party@ $17.99 to be delivered to my daughter, son-in-law and grandson on November 6th plenty of time for delivery before the holiday arrived. The gifts never arrived, so the day before Hanukkah I e-mailed them asking for a tracking number and did my items ship and if so when? The reply was it shipped on November 26th the day Hanukkah began, without a tracking number. I sent a reply back to them, "You do realize that Hanukkah starts tonight? Nothing was done about refund or offer to compensate for their rotten non service. I ordered 2 Edom beauty products (Dead Sea Beauty Cosmetics) from the website, since I would rather order it online instead of buying it at retail price in the stores at twice the cost. Ordered it online, and I ended up paying $4-$5 more than the price because of currency exchange which was fine. The order was suppose to be shipped at my house within 7-14 days after placing my order. It was a nerve wrecking and LONG wait, but it was satisfying when I finally received it. I got my items in 10 days and it wasn't so bad. The only thing I recommend for JudaicaWebstore so far is to make sure that the lids of the cosmetics to be closed and sealed properly BEFORE shipment, and to provide a tracking number the moment that the order has been made.
Overall though, I'm pretty much a happy customer. :)
Man, I wish I'd have seen these reviews before I made the mistake of ordering from this terrible company. Just like everyone else, I placed an order in good faith on November 13, and paid a chunk of change for super speedy delivery. It's November 22 and it still hasn't shipped. I was so pleased to have been far enough ahead of Chanukah that the gifts I chose were certainly going to arrive on time. Fat chance. I have virtually no hope that I'll get them at any point during the entire 8 days of Chanukah. Guess I will give these lovely Chanukah gifts for Christmas this year or, more likely Purim. Run, run away from this wretched, horrible, worthless, crappy, completely irresponsible company. I hate them.

However, after expressing my concerns in an email, with 3 pictures attached of the broken Menorah, I did receive a refund. This verified their commitment to customer service.

Order goods from them and paid via paypal. The item stated it take 7- 12 days for shipping. What they do not tell you is that they will wait for two weeks before shipping and they will not communicate about the delay. They stink. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.
