A first-time buyer, I look forward to shopping at Judaica again. I received the exact information I needed - that I had bought a product from them and how they would get it to me.
Although it took a little longer by mail to reach me, the items bought were great. Also service from Shlomi was great. Willing to find out why the package didn't arrive within the promised time. Glad it arrived a little late but safe and sound.
The polo shirt arrived as I ordered.
One minor suggestion: The polo shirt collar should be bigger in size and width.

My husband ordered me a surprise gift for my birthday. Well, the gift finally arrived yesterday; weeks after ordering. The necklace is supposed to be Roman glass, surrounded by abstract gold plating. My husband has bought many pieces of jewelry made with Roman glass. What arrived yesterday was a piece of white opaque plastic. The showy side is covered with glitter. Roman glass, I think not.
I paid for a nice Star of David pendant. Paid extra for a 55cm chain. Paid (a lot!) extra for express shipping (2-4 days).
1. Notified order was shipped 4 days after order placed (Business days too, not calendar days).
2. Emailed to ask if someone could explain why I was paid for express delivery but it took them almost a week to get off their tuchases and get to the post office. No reply.
3. Pendant arrived FIVE days after shipping (ok, I won't quibble for a day)
4. Chain sent was 45cm, not 55cm that I'd paid extra for.
5. Tried calling them. No answer (but they updated their Facebook page - good to see they have their priorities straight!)
6. Still no response to emails.
This is, without a doubt, the worst company I've ever tried to deal with.
I placed my order with them a month ago, nothing has been shipped till the moment, i sent two E-mails for them to cancel my order and yet nothing has been done yet, i am contacting my credit card company tomorrow.
Service is really bad, very poor communication.

STAY AWAY, wish I saw these reviews first. I am experiencing every problem listed. Customer service does not respond until my bank got involved. Even then they did NOT answer the questions. We paid $50 + extra to receive the goods in time for the holidays. Guess what holiday is over still no product. When they say 7-14 business days they mean 14 BUSINESS DAYS & dont forget to add 4 business days for them to pack & ship =18 business days! If you want to return YOUR responsible to pay an additional shipping back to them plus the original shipping. I can go on but you get the picture.
Large selection of the newest coolest items Israel artists are making, items came exactly as described and considered the fact they ship from Jerusalem they arrived faster then I was expecting
I ordered a name necklace for my daughter last month and she is very happy. I missed the link to the gift options in the shopping cart when ordering but Customer service answered on the first ring and helped me with gift message, remove the invoice and give the package a nice gift wrapping.
