I wish I'd read these reviews first... I ordered two items on 30 January from Judaica WebStore as a Bar Mitzvah gift. The delivery was due in 2 weeks. At the end of February I realised they hadn't arrived. Phoned the store. The response was a lackadaisical 'oh yes, we have indeed not sent them and in fact they're out of stock'. No apology, no embarrassment, nothing. The only redeeming feature is that they did refund my payment. Wouldn't touch them again.
I paid extra $$$ for expedited shipping (3-4 days as per their site) for more than $200 worth of merchandise. THIRTEEN days and I have not received a word, until I sent an email eviscerating them. And even then, it was just some vague promise that they are on it. No firm dates as to when you can expect anything. Damn shame that they sale Judaica!
I ordered a named braeclet for my wife with English name and Hebrew name underneath. The item arrived nice and early and look very nice. However it seems that the resident artist decides the style, layout and size of the lettering. They don't send a draft to be approved by the client
In my opinion the English name is too large and as result the Hebrew name is too small
I finally received replacement earrings (Roman Glass + silver) after waiting from 9/27/2016 to 1/4/2017. The replacements are acceptable. Vendor had to have new earrings made. I am still out $27 for my return shipping expenses because the vendor refused to cover my expenses, although the quality issue was the vendor's issue. All during this 3 months of waiting, I had to constantly nag the vendor by email for updates. Not worth the aggravation.
I ignored the warnings' reviews (don't make the same mistake) and bought over US$ 300. They deceive you and promise different thinks during shipment delay. They lie for good and send inexistent Tracking Numbers andyou don't get any package. DON'T BUY!
I ordered from "ajudaica.com" two weeks after "judaicawebstore" and I already got the package for instance.

The customer service is horrible. I ordered tallit for my son few months in advance. They lied about everything. They didn't have it in stock and lied that they going to get it any day. After a month they admitted that they don't have it and offered to buy different one with 20% discount. It took a long time to get the tallit, but they never returned the difference in money. They sent email to me with transaction # and the day, but it was a lie. At the end they said I own them the money! The worst part of dealing with this business, they are pretending to be very nice with you, but they are very dishonest!
I have ordered things red string bracelets from Judaica webstore for years and they usually fall apart fast but they were so pretty I kept ordering. Until the last one I ordered was the wrong size. I returned it exactly according to their instructions. It was sent by air and arrived in Israel in 3 days. A month later I asked them and they said they hadn't received it. I told them it went to Tel Aviv and my post office in the U.S. said that was where it went. Ben, who I was told to return it too, then said, oh, that is our sorting center, we should receive it shortly. Another month went by and they still stopped responding altogether. I advise anyone NOT to trust them. A lot of items are inferior and the ones that look good, are very expensive. If you ever return anything do not expect to get it back. They tell you what the actual value is and then they expect you to insure it and get your money back that way. The insurance is often more than it costs for the item, shipping back and forth, it isn't worth paying for. Don't trust them.
Months ago my wife and I ordered two pairs of sandals. Took forever BUT when we received them they were the wrong sizes including a children's. Sent them back at my expense and I cannot get them to send the correct sizes. Completely unprofessional!

I ordered several items from them. They only shipped me a partial order, charged me the full amount, and their jewelry turned out to be K-mart quality. I returned what they sent but they won't give me a refund. Avoid these clowns.
Although I was satisfied with the product that I ordered, I was very dissatisfied with customer service. I paid a significant amount of additional money to have the item delivered by a particular date that was important due to a family visit. I understood from the website that the item would arrive within 3-6 days, which it did not. When I contacted customer service, they said the number of days on the website indicated the number of days for the item to ship, not for it to arrive. The website did not specify whether the number of days was ship or arrival date, but based on my prior experience with online ordering, I expected it to be the arrival date. They were unapologetic and made no accommodation. I would not use this store again.
Bought the king solomon sandals. They were way too big. If you purchase these buy a size smaller. Does not look like the picture. Would never purchase these again.

I BELIEVE THEY SENT ME THE WRONG BOTTLE OF WINE. THEY ARE GOING TO REAP WHAT THEY HAVE SOWN. GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THIS IS WRONG.
I ordered a Father's Day Gift on June 9th and even paid for the EMS (global/express 2-4 business days shipping) and it's Father's Day, June 19th and I have no gift for my dad. I haven't even received my shipping order email so I can tract the order. I should have read the reviews before I made the purchase. I had no idea, this was my first time using them. So disappointed! I have already sent an email to their customer service but haven't heard back from them yet. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! I'm never using them again!

I ordered a lambs wool prayer shawl for my grandson. It arrived as the high quality I expected. Delivery was a little slow, but I know any orders over seas have to go through customs and the shipper has no control over customs. We have to expect delays. I'm very pleased with the prayer shawl and customer service.

I Sent an email requesting confirmation of shipment and received a reply stating that they have too "call" me to confirm my order... what stupidity... they took the money yet they want to call me from isreal to the USA (9hr time difference) just to ask me if it was "me" who made the purchase... lol! I placed an order for candle holders from this company going on two months now. I have yet to receive my merchandise. My emails went unanswered until I filed a complaint with PayPal! Hopefully I get a refund. Don't let the tracking number they give you fool you. Do NOT order from this company total scam artists.
