I bought the correct brake that I liked that was supposed to come with a specific bracket and since they ran out, they sent me some other random bracket I didn't want instead of just refunding my money

Don't care for the way catalog is setup online. Bring back the paper version so we can browse easier!

Nice selections. I was looking for a new Jacket to wear on long rides with my husband. I came upon online the jacket that I purchased. I ordered it larger than usual so that I could wear layers underneath.

Everything was good. The only issue I have was I bought what I thought were gaskets for my new exhaust and it only had 1 in the package. This was correct but the part page seemed to mislead me to believe it was 2. Probably me not reading thoroughly enough. The Vance and Hines short shot exhaust are great and the sidici helmet is as described. I will continue to shop with J&P in the future and appreciate the first responder discount they offer.
