The staff is great and friendly but make sure you check for proper fitment yourself. Last two purchases they assured me items they ordered for me would fit. Had to return both items as they were incorrect. Always been a great store otherwise.

You guys almost always have the parts I'm looking for. I do wish you would carry more Shovelhead parts, especially exhaust and seat options. Delivery times are great and customer Service is always helpful.

I have no issues which is a good thing. I will be back. In fact, I have been back many times in the past few days.

They had a hard tire to find tire for my cafe racer. And it was delivered promptly.

Went looking for a quality tire for my cruiser and found what I needed. And the delivery time was quick.

I purchased 2 levers and was a little bit confused that in the first package only the brake lever was found, but a couple of days later a second package arrived with the clutch lever.
Sadly I realized in the product description of the manufacturer that I may need a small screw called brake piston pusher or something similar. This was not mentioned in your product description if I recall well. I purchased this part directly at the manufacturers online shop an got it also fast delivered.

Wow! How to begin;; Geneva! That woman really needs a Pay raise! In almost 40 years of Bikes I have NEVER ordered Anything & received it the NEXT DAY. I know UPS gets credit also BUT it started with her. She is an Asset to your company;; professional on the phone, answered ALL my questions: pleasant to speak to! I have 24 employees & 7 women up front. Proud of them all BUT GENEVA;; always room for one more in the Office! Lol Thanks guys;; I WILL be coming back for more!

Oil filter didn't have a gasket. Completely unusable.

I've been ordering parts from J&P for many years now, spent a good deal of $ back in 2001-02 while rebuilding my Shovelhead. Most times when I need a part for the Shovel any place in town has to order it, so it just makes plain sense to order it myself.
