So fast shipping to switzerland.
Some parts are not available for switzerland.
Thats the only negative thing i can say.

In the ordering process, it stated that parts were available 3-5 business days, which for some reason it took 3-5 days for the supplier to ship to J&P, then another 3-5 days to ship to me. Once I received my parts they were perfect and what I intended. I did receive partial order quickly, then another piece a few days later, then the remaining parts were delivered later.

Ordered my Tire and had it delivered in 5 days and was exactly as described and safely packed with no damage. Love J&P cycle, always good service and great installation videos.

Unfortunately, no instructions were included when the add said they were.
Luckily, I figured out where everything went on my Stratoliner and am extremely pleased with the results! A little pricey, however, definitely a smart move buying the complete kit. Thanks again

Fedex was a day late due to not having my package on correct truck. Box was ripped open and contents were dirty. Jp cycle has always been prompt on getting my parts quick. This time not so good. Package had boot prints all over it

Good, had no issues, came sooner than expected, which meant I got my bike back on the road sooner

I accidentally ordered the wrong tires then I called them. They were very helpful. It didn't take much time for them to print me a return label was able to send them back with no problems. I re-order them They sent me the new tires right away. Thank you 🙏

With motorcycle shops becoming harder and harder to find it's nice to have a place to shop and get some support you might be in need of.

The handle bar cable clamps pictured and ordered vs what arrived were different. Apparently the one I ordered is longer made by the supplier. I asked to begin the return/refund/credit process but haven't heard anything else.

One of the plastic strap buckles broke the first time I tried to clip to my pants. The rubber strap is too stiff and too short. I am returning the straps. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I've been searching for the right chrome shift linkage for a while and I'm glad I found the right linkage, looks great and works well.

For a few weeks I've been researching different seats for my 2020 FXLR. I always check out J&P's website first. I found one that was very close to what I was looking for, but I figured I'd try the manufacturer for the exact one I wanted. Upon calling them and talking to a representative they told me it would be at least 5 weeks before I could receive it (and I live locally to them). When I asked if it didn't meet my expectations could I return it, they were noncommittal. They said I should try J&P because "they have a good selection of their products ". I called J&P, placed my order and had the seat in less than a week.

Fast ordering and shipping and handling also the delivery was fast. Thank you for the outstanding service and support for your customers.

My order was lost by the USP. It was delivered a week later than expected. There tracking system had it in NC. Then it showed up the next day.

Everything came quicker than expected, the order was complete everything was in perfect condition. This is good service!
