Was working with somebody in technical support by the name of Carl quit communicating with me and took this upon myself to move on and work with somebody else. Trying to get the proper wheel ordered for my bike that was not ordered right the first time in September when I was in Daytona. Told them I had a 78 fxe with a wide glide front end and needed a wheel for that with a f l w g to 80 83 and evidently the order was ordered by the year of the bike not what I was looking for. Just opened this up a week ago to get things started putting my bike back together due to being in the hospital and having knee replacement surgery done now I'm trying to get this straightened out in the gentleman kit quit responding to me, and I got help from Hector. Hopefully this will work out where I can return this even after it's my 90 day period due to the order being placed wrong by the gentleman in Daytona where I ordered it directly and spoke with him.
Had to call a couple times and get some help with customer service other than that happy with what I have found.
Have no problem with shopping but the shipping from FedEx or USPS what a pain in the ass.
Been shopping with this company for years and they have been my # 1 go to for motorcycle parts and accessories.

My order shipped in 2 separate shipments. The second shipment ( spark plugs) arrived via USPS in an envelope. The boxes for the items were crushed. I was worried the items may be damaged. I would urge UPS next time in a box!
The tail light looks great after some alterations. The LED headlight was used and the low beam failed to work. However, the return process was quick and easy.
Great help while using the chat board. The assistant was quickly able to explain and find the right clutch cable and brake line for my 14in apehanger handlebars.
