Groovy dudes and great service, easy to find shocks and quick to the door.

I ordered a backrest for my Harley that I didn't realize would not work because of the Mustang seat I have. I contacted them and they made it real easy for me to correct my mistake and the lady I spoke with on the phone was really great.

Items I was looking for were in stock and shipped fast.

Was actually looking for a bag that I could put phone and bike registration in and transfer between bikes...the catalog came by coincidence in two weeks with what I was looking for

Ordered shocks for the wife's bike. Lots of options! Found a pair. Can't wait to get them installed!

I like the pipes but for some reason they stopped putting the instructions to the specific bike I ordered them for and it came with a card to scan fit instructions but the instructions went to a different bike (and different brand of bike) I had to call and have them send the instructions... but the pipes them self's are great.

Everything went well. However why do you not also include certain government employees in your first responder criteria? You list military, police, fire and ems but you do not include road construction workers. We also are considered first responders. Any time there is natural or even terroristic disasters we are also required to respond. We do so much more than just repair roadways. We are the ones who salt, sand, plow and clear roads impacted by severe weather. We also clear roads and other things during unnatural disasters. Many times we react much faster than any company with trucks and equipment to remove or move structures in search of survivors from all types of disasters. Thank you

The rear seat had to be modified to accommodate the backrest. Good product that is made well but doesn't fit the stock seat as advertised.

It hasn't been installed in the bike yet, it still process. One the plastic washers was cracked, and I'll have to use one of the old ones. Not happy about that after paying what I did for the kit.

Had a question about a Part got in touch with customer service. They answered it quickly and got my part ordered right away.

Ordered my stuff and it came just as described and really fast.

Well I understand mistakes happen and whatever but I didn't not receive my first order it took almost 2 months to not get shipped properly then I had to re order the parts. I did receive the second one in 2 weeks which was great. But then the arleness mirrors I bought are too short to replace my stock mirrors. Also the bolt snapped when I was installing them and they only send you the bare minimum in hardware so I'm sort of screwed here dunno how to contact arleness or what to do.

All was good as it was an open box item. Some hardware was missing which was frustrating but we got it done.

J&P Cycles always has exactly what I need when I can't find it on other sites super happy with quality and availability, it wasn't on my doorstep the second I hit the button to buy it but it did come in a timely fashion of two days.
