1 part was not shipped. I called and J&P cycles took care of it.

Well I called to order parts for a 1983 Harley and the person wasn't sure what part to order so she set me up in technical support and they were very helpful. In a few days all my parts were in and matched the original parts so I'm very happy with them as I'm up and running!

Shopping is easy. No problems looking up parts for my bike

I purposely bought the part shown because it showed the brake hoses being swedged at the junction block, not threaded. I chose it because the hose on my customers bike has had nothing but leak problems at the fittings since it was installed elsewhere. The one I received has hoses that screw into the t block, the same as on it, Had I wanted the 3 piece hose, I could have gotten it direct thru my supplier for considerably less, or on Amazon or ebay for less than what it cost thru J&P. The bike was down, the owner had no choice but to accept this one.

Brand new RK chain broke 3 hours after riding my bike. Im not ordering from J&P again...

It was so easy to place my order and the price for the items are so much cheaper than anywhere else. I definitely will be recommending this company to everybody I know!

Awesome service and delivery, easy web page to navigate

I wanted to move my floor boards forward and out, it makes it more comfortable for me to do long rides.
I found what I was looking for and they had it in stock.

I am very impressed with the service and speed in which my order was taken care of.

I selected three on product because I have not had a chance to install them yet. Since I can't answer the question yet, I chose the middle. I have never had any problems with the products I have ordered in the past.
