Had the part in stock, bit pricey, but delivered in reasonable time

Website said they ship next day. Took a week to get my parts. Expected them sooner. Ended up driving to the local Harley shop and buying there. Part was even cheaper at Harley. Returned part and J&P charged me for the shipping. Never ordering through J&P again!

I wanted a duel sport tire that was not as aggressively knobby for a rear tire as most seem to be for my Honda SL70.

Quick, simple and fair prices. The product was delivered fast and was exactly as it was promised.

My order shipped out the same day I placed it.
I was looking for the most cost effective products I could and found a lot of items out of stock.
I eventually found the 2 items although not the cheapest price ones J&P carries

Inhad dine my research for the product so that was as expected. New rider, so first helmet I've gotten. Fits well and comfortably, even with my glasses. Good windshield detents and ventilation. Shipping was quick and well packaged.

Easy to order and Bruce was amazing and gave me a great description of product and what I needed to ensure it fit my bike properly The process was seamless, and the delivery was fast!

They had what I needed but since sizing can be unpredictable it cost me $10 to send back the large gloves that for like a medium. They need to be more like Amazon with free returns.

Website is decent. I've used j&p alot! The order Communication was horrible. I had to take my time to go through the chat process just to find out there was a multi party shipping, which my customer assistant didn't have a clue about my shipping. I was told I'd receive an email when shipment happens. Lack of communication is not for me. I'll be parting ways with J&P.
