I bought this switch to clean up my handlebars and still have a dimmer switch. There's not a lot of options out there for a single toggle switch. This one broke immediately but since I hooked it up, they wouldn't refund or exchange it. The part is super cheap and isn't worth $20.
The process was smooth from product selection to receiving my tires. When I contacted customer service about the tires not being shipped in the advertised 24 hours, they let me know when they shipped and credited my account $15. It was a good experience just like my other orders.

The only thing wrong was the mounting. It was very difficult to get mounted and lined up where i wanted it. Other than that i was happy with sevice
The part did fit my bike exactly right, it was too loose. I had to use some enginutity to get it fit tight.
My experience was ok. I am technology impaired, so I prefer the old catalog method. However, I made it through. This time.
The folks are still righteous.
