The corner of the shirt plastic packaging had a hole in it but,it's no big deal

Ordered a starter and gaskets next day, due to the local dealers not having one in stock. Ordered on Tuesday morning. One gasket showed wed. The other showed Friday. And the starter didn't show until late afternoon Saturday. They refunded the shipping charges. But I ended up missing my deadline because of it.

I ordered a seat and it arrived pretty quickly. Overall very satisfied.

Love these mirrors. They are a great size and give me a clear vision instead of "objects are closer than they appear". Nice and wide and the style matches my 01 Honda Aero nicely! Great purchase and well worth it.

2003 flhtcui original floorboards were shot. Drag specialties replacements were an exact fit and identical to the ones i replaced. Ordring was quick and easy, and the items shipped right away.

I was extremely disappointed to receive the wrong part, a pet $#*! valve for a 2002 Honda VT1100C2 Shadow Spirit Honda part number *******-MAH-023. My fuel hose connector has a diameter of 3/8 in. The part I received had a 1/4 in. I remedied the connection issue with a piece of surgical hose. When trying to insert the valve into the gas tank I found that the screen exterior circumference was larger than the opening of the gas tank. I only had 48 hrs. To get it inspected before the license plate expired(my fault). I ground and polished the plastic tip of the screen until I was down to the wire screen itself. Still no fit. I tried inserting valve without the screen. The bolt threads did fit but without making a seal thus a fuel leak. Having altered the part the return option was lost.

Was trying to get 10 percent off but could not figure how to get it

Put in order for axle kit. Received an empty torn box thanks to usps. Called j&p cycles customer service talked to Jason l he sent another one fedex. Received axle kit fast service great customer service they care about customers. 5 stars

J&P has always been great to deal with...and while this package did arrive on time...I'd prefer UPS shipping...but lately things have been coming with FedEx and they aren't always reliable...recently had to cancel an order with another company that the package was lost over a week with FedEx

Have been a J&P Cycle client for years and have yet to be disappointed in any aspect of their business. Have only had to return one item & that service was second to none.

I ordered some tires for my motorcycle. The whole experience was very good. Order all the way to deliver went well.

Had difficult finding the parts for our specific bike. Also try to cancel order with in 24 hours when I realized it would not work & parts were not gathered or shipped. Was told no. Then had to wait till we recived the parts which took 11 days. Then we had to go to FedX and return them. J&P did supply the labels & pay shipping, thank you. All the time not able to get my refund till they recive & process parts. Looking like a 3 week experience. Not happy. But everyone I spoke with was professional & polite. I still understand why go there all the motions for wrong parts to be shipped?

Did not receive everything I ordered. Excellent service except you didn't have tranny studs I need. Parts came quick and well packed.
