J&P had the parts in stock that I needed! Easy to locate the exact parts. Looking for normal maintenance items (brake pads this time) and a couple of changes/up grades. (seat cover & taller windshield).

I ordered the same part on a different website, PartsGiant, after 2 weeks it still didn't ship. I tried J&P Cycles and I received what I needed in 2 days. Thank God, my bike is my only form of transportation and I was getting kinda depressed waiting for a part that never shipped. I'll only shop J&P for parts from now on

My fairing arrive super fast, unfortunately it came scratched. However, the staff at J&P were super helpful arranging my return and discussing the issue. It was a pleasure speaking with your staff.

Needed tires for my motorcycle but there were none available at the dealership. Made my order with J&P and received the tires quickly.

After receiving my oil filter went to put it on and noticed it was smaller than the one I was replacing. It screwed on ok and doesn't leak it worked but still wrong filter. Should be ok I hope.

J&P Cycles had the only luggage rack that fit my motorcycle and I am truly thankful, unfortunately for me it wasn't chrome and no other manufacturers had any chrome or otherwise

All seemed fine to me. Shopped, paid, shipped and then received. Pretty simple.

It took 10 days to receive entire order via post office, longer than what u said it would take. Preferred method is ups or fed ex. May not order again
