I bought a used are open box set. Like promised everything was in there and they went on just fine with no issues. The delivery date was weird I admit, they were supposed to be here on the 8th and then I got an email saying they won't be here to 11th or 12th something like that and ended up coming in on the 9th so I don't know if you could say they were early or day late but they were prompt. Hell a lot faster than Amazon!

Got this to replace the OEM paper filter element on my Sportster's Screamin Eagle air cleaner. Filter looks sturdy and well built, and fit just as an OEM would.
Filter media gauze looks fine enough to be effective, and came pre-oiled, which was a nice touch.

When ordering the site said I had 10 hours to checkout to get my order by a certain day with 2 day shipping. Unfortunately that was inaccurate and delayed by one additional day.

I ordered a part to fix my clutch cable and had it shipped next day for a small fortune. I ordered at 5:30 in the morning on a Friday. Part didn't show up until Monday. I called on Saturday to ask why they advertised next day if it's not next day. I was told it was only next day on business days. Well I hate to tell you but it's not 1955 and business still needs done on the weekend. The customer service agent, Kim I think, was nothing short of a $#*!. Dismissive, rude and basically told me tough $#*!. I had to ask for a refund of the shipping and only got half. If you guys offer next day make it next day. Not three or four day. What a joke. If you didn't have the parts market cornered I would never buy from you again.
