Very Good Experience, I used to go to J&P in person about 15 years ago and since I live 250 miles away the use of the interweb makes it much easier..

Always can call tech-support, and they answer my questions I have used them in the past.

Ordered parts and came a day early. Good service from the team too!

J&P always has what I need in stock. If I have questions, they know the answer.

Speakers arrived nicely and worked properly. The issue wasn't with product. There was a miss communication about the front and back speakers. Apparently I ordered the wrong ones anyway the lady in customer service didn't have to talk so rude. That's what made the overall experience not so great.

Product "lost" by the Post Office. J&P Cycles shipped a replacement almost instantly then all of a sudden the Post Office "found" the package and delivered it. J&P was great at arranging for me to return the replacement.

I already had a full set of gaskets in my garage, minus the rocker box to head, but couldn't find two of those so had to buy another full set of upper end gaskets. Other than that I got whatever else I needed including new lifters. I finished and buttoned up the front cylinder today and will do the rear tomorrow so don't know the final outcome as yet. Fingers crossed!

Second one I ordered from you. First one was fast delivery. Fitment was small. First one was a large for me and it was tight but it fit my lady perfectly. This one is for me. Lol

I ordered the Harley part number *******-99 from JP Cycles because I feel I can trust the company. I searched for the part on line and JP Cycles had the tube with the part number printed on the part in the discrimination. I saw the part on Amazon for about $10.00, cheaper than JP Cycles, but decided I want the part with the part number printed on the part. This says to me it is an OEM part. I received the part today and the number was not printed on the part. Why not? Tell me why. Is this a Harley OEM part? Sell what you show. Trust is difficult to regain.

Could not get my 1st time order 10%.the process of the coupon code was not very customer friemdly.
