I contacted my local J&P...in Sturgis but the parts I needed were not in stock. I checked the website and ordered them there. I had to pay a little shipping but it was cheaper than the gas would have been to drive to the store. All is good.

Most of the time jp has what i need and most of the time they have everything i technically DONT NEED but buy anyways! Great to work with.

Install was easy. Product looks great. Just doesn't seem to fit the ape-hangers the way I thought. I might have to create a rubber shim for them to sit higher on the bars.

Plastic with shrink wrapped for shipping in the plastic got so hot that was melted to the derby cover and was very very hard to remove!

Bought an All Balls starter for my '09 Road Glide. Price and quality were really good, and shipping to Canada was very fast. My only criticism is that the OEM starter was black powdercoat while the aftermarket was only painted black. It is noticeable, so hopefully this will be corrected.

The master link I received did not fit! I made it fit by grinding one side down. Can't ride it like that! But had it get the bike back together! Still looking for the correct link!

Hard to get parts for a shovel head at the dealers, and there are a lot of older bikes out there, Thanks J&P for having a line of that hard to find, older bike stuff

These blue James seals are easier to install than the factory part.

I was in a bind and needed to replace the gasket for my primary cover. I was able to find a replacement on the website for half the price of Harley, and it arrived on my doorstep a few days later.

I ordered a front and rear set of brake pads for my 06 harley davidson street glide when my package arrived it on had one set so I phoned them they investigated and said that it was suppose to one or the other the photo shows all the pads I need and it didn't ask me if I wanted front or rear pads... jp Cycles won't send me what's missing and tried to get me to pay to get the rest of my pads.I told them no and am returning them that was false advertisement.
