My friend and I were in the area for the 2024 North Dakota Ladies Run. She seen my phone holder/charger and wanted one, so we stopped in. The guy that helped us, not only showed us the item, he went above and beyond, showing us how to wire hers in, and showed me how to put mine, in a location that would be better. We appreciated the fact that he didn't just sell us stuff and send us on our way, he took the time to actually help us.

The description of this radio said plug and play. And it also says it is compatable with my 2002 ultraglide. It is not. Front speakers work fine but to get the stock back speakers to work I have to buy a $38 dollar wiring harness and figure out what wires to splice into. Or they said I can buy a $700 dollar amplifier kit that would fix the problem. NOT PLUG AND PLAY

I wish that I had known that the windshield I purchased did not fit the mount that I originally had and I didn't have to return the windshield.
