Staff very knowledgeable, however the helmet measurements said I needed a 2x, but helmet fit was very tight and could not close chin bar, had to return.

The fork assemblies arrived on time, but were of really poor quality. They had casting slag on the bottom of the sliders that was chromed over. I had to machine the bottom of both sliders in order for the axle to fit properly. The fender mounting holes all had to be re-tapped in order to receive the bolts. There were also pit holes in the casting that were chromed over. Spent two hours making these fork tubes usable. I think I was sold a returned set and paid retail price. Didn't have time to send them back because the customer had to have his bike back. Where is the quality control?

Part was sent back waiting for refund. The part I ordered was an electronic dipstick that tells the temperature and the amount of oil in the bike. On the one side, it showed a little over full, which my bike was not on the original dipstick. It showed full when I put it in and push the button on the display. It only showed that all was up 3/4 and the temperature was 95 I live in Florida. I had just returned from a two hour ride so I'm pretty sure it was above 95°. That was why I sent it back. Pictures were included just waiting for a refund.

Looks like they have the right parts so far won't know till they get here lol but so far the shopping experience has been amazing

The ease of purchase of the Michelin Commander III motorcycle tires was wonderful. I received them much faster than I expected in order to have them for my trip on Labor Day weekend. The only reason I gave the product/service received a 4 star rather than a 5 star was that the front tire appeared to be slightly used. It had grass, dirt, and, scuffs all around it, which does not necessarily mean it was used but possibly just rolled on the ground for awhile. Anyhow, sending them cleaned would be a better experience for the buyer as there would be no doubt they are brand new.

Quick ship was processed and packaged on a Sunday + delivered timely. Seat is cool and functional however in comparison to my bad lander the kick flip push-ups me forward 2" or so… mmight have been an oversight on my end.
