Asked to cancel was denied that. Was advised to receive the shipping cost refunded and was returned. TY. Your website wasn't updated for a customer to make a better decision. According to CS the product was being processed at a different location. Therefore 1 day delivery was not possible. For some reason CS can rarely ever cancel an order prior to shipping. Due to this issue once your make a purchase through JP your committed and will have to wait and then go through the return process.

Everything went well. The postman however, dropped my package off at the house next door along with a couple of letters. Luckily my camera spotted the postman going next door at the same time that email claimed that the package was delivered. So, all is good...
