Exactly what I was hoping for in needing better quality grips. Plushness will help on long rides and they will hold up for many rides to come. Glad I went to the 1.5in diameter. If you have a big but thinner hand go for the 1.5in. Now if you're one of those bear mitt guys you're going to want the 1.75in.
