I found the website very intuitive and easy to use. I'm not sure if the descriptions for the items I ordered are very clear. In making my selection of replacement tires, the image and the description didn't seem to match or is confusing. I wanted to an all black wall tire by the vendor I selected, but ended up with a white wall tire instead. In reviewing my order, i see that I selected the correct size tire but in the wrong format. I'm pleased with the tires and had them installed, just next time i will double check the image versus the actual description before confirming the order.

My first time ordering from J&P and they were very efficient and quick. Their email updates were whimsical and kept me informed.

Put in an order for a set of four tires, shipped out on the 5th day after ordering. Received a few days after that. Very happy.

Got the parts but I thought it would come in one shipment that would be more cost effective. However parts came from all over. Glad I didn't drive to here in Iowa to Anamosa to get from the store if it's even still there.

I ordered two big twin mini fuel filters for a 91 hd sportster. They're far too large, and it will cost more to return ship than I originally paid for shipping.

As a 82 year old I have lost many mechanical talents. I carefully watched all utubes I could find on windshield change on the Honda PCX. All reported difficulties removing the fairing between windshield and lights. After 3 hours finally got the fairing off windshield removal and installation are simple 2 5mm Allen screws & 2 10mm bolts. New windshield is perfect, no wind. In a few days will take the scooter and the fairing to the Honda dealer and let them put the fairing back on.

I had look at other websites to find a windshield that matched my Harley. I could not find a site with an accurate part description and clear measurements. Once again J&P Cycles nailed it for me!

In the ordering process, it stated that parts were available 3-5 business days, which for some reason it took 3-5 days for the supplier to ship to J&P, then another 3-5 days to ship to me. Once I received my parts they were perfect and what I intended. I did receive partial order quickly, then another piece a few days later, then the remaining parts were delivered later.

Ordered my Tire and had it delivered in 5 days and was exactly as described and safely packed with no damage. Love J&P cycle, always good service and great installation videos.

Unfortunately, no instructions were included when the add said they were.
Luckily, I figured out where everything went on my Stratoliner and am extremely pleased with the results! A little pricey, however, definitely a smart move buying the complete kit. Thanks again
