Products are great, shipping sucks. This is not the first time I've had issues. I'm a member specifically so I can get Two day shipping. I shouldn't matter if it's a five dollar order or a five hundred dollar order, if you tell me two days I expect it in two days. Not five, not ten. TWO.

I love that JP has late model plus vintage parts. Only issue I have is finding them from time to time. Have been shopping for years here and used to love the catologs. Now when I'm trying to find a part for one of my vintage bikes it can be a real chore. I 've had to go elsewhere for something I know JP has because I can't find it online. Other than that, JP has been great.
