I ordered some Khrome Werks pipes for my husband. Received damaged. Both pipes were damaged on the ends. Called JP Cycle sent in pictures. They sent me prepaid return labels. We had new pipes in a couple days.
They typically have everything you need for every Motorcycle out there. I've never been disappointed with research and parts and pieces and lights, and whatever I've needed they've always come through… A timely manner, when I've called there's always been someone there to answer the phone to answer all my questions and direct me to the right Person that I would need to talk to

Ordered 2 battery cover tops by accident and the kind lady let me keep the extra and gave me credit so I could get side cover without loosing money. Parts were here in a few days and was a seamless process.

These whitewall tires came wrapped well and with a blue protective coat on the whitewall. These tires have been installed and they are very well made and extremely comfortable ride for sure! Shipping and price were exceptional!
I was looking for paint so i could paint the frame of my kx125, i was looking around and found jnp cycles witch had exactly what i needed.
My instore experience was great and we ordered the windshield I wanted. I was updated everyday of its location and it arrived before I got back home from vacation. The part has been installed and fits perfectly.
