Overall experience was good and shipping speed was spot on!
Product is solid but bolts were stripping with minimal pressure when trying to tighten through nylon locking nuts. Had to run to hardware store to get different bolts that did not strip.
I haven't used this yet. Im currently waiting for a wheel balancer I ordered.

I was able to use the make/model feature to find floor boards that would fit my bike. Adaptors were needed and this was clearly indicated. Ordering was easy, descriptions of items were sufficient and my parts arrived within a few days.
Years ago I had very bad experiences with J&P Cycles so I used other companies. I needed a part recently and you were the only availability. You did a great job. So... I will use J&P as long as I get great service.

I had to have the parts shipped to Canada. They offered a flat rate of 35.00... Price was fine but it took from Sept 9th when I placed the order, until Sept 25th when I finally received it... 16 days, Really? I would have much preferred to have an option for shipping... Something like slow - medium - fast! And give me an option to select which one I'd prefer... Then I could make a decision based on price and how badly I needed the shipment...
Overall awesome! Can be challenging finding what u need per so many years overlapping parts! Can be difficult narrowing down a selection for your specific ride

Ordered a Cardo intercom. Order was received and shipped quickly. A good shopping experience. I would definitely use J&P again
Products were great... shipping was not. Paid for two day ( ordered on Tuesday evening) but didnt recieve items until late on Friday. Not sure whose fault it was, but items didnt arrive when expected.
I wanted a part. I bought a part. There was joy in Mudville once again.
I appreciate that first item was returned hassle free. Second seat did not fit, correctly and I had to modify.
But at least u guys responded quickly. I'm still waiting for some part from some other co.

Items were exactly as described. Ordering was easy and delivery was quicker then expected. I will shop J&P before shopping elsewhere.
There were some adjustments I had to make, but too easy. Had to adjust the 2 mounting tabs, other then that it looks and feels great
The stamped sheet metal part was too small to fit over 1955 panhead ignition switch. I pounded a socket into it to make it go over okay but it cracked in the process. Looks okay for now
I ordered 2 expensive spark plugs and 2 bottles of oil, they put it all in one box. The spark plug boxes and spark plugs were completely smashed by the oil bottles during shipping.
No need to go to the Harley dealer with J&P.
I rebuild my first bike in around 1990. I used parts then ordered from J&p Cycles. I have used them off and on since.
