Part that I received was just as described. Fits my new Harley perfectly.

I replaced my old chain with 82,000 miles. The chain was noisy and at the end of the chain adjuster. The new chain seemed kinda loose when I looked at it. I installed it and it was at the low end of the adjuster which was nice. I figured I was maybe overthinking things and figured it would be ok. It works fine but it is a noisy chain especially at idle. I also adjusted it at 5/8 so it was on the lower end of the tolerance. I hope it last as long as the stock Harley chain.

Very well made and met my demand. Had to go find correct length bolts I wish would have come with it.

I ordered new cheek pads for my helmet. Ordered the correct labeled pads online. Received the correct labeled pads, but they pads in the package DO NOT fit my helmet. Everything was labeled correctly but they do not look the same. I started processing the return and it cost $10 to return a $25 item, then buy a printer to print the label. No thanks, in the trash they go

I was looking for the adjustable passenger footrest and they were out of stock in black so I put in an email request when back in stock. Got the email and ordered them and received them in 2 days. Great service!

The website is easy to navigate to find what you need. The "shop your ride" feature is really nice and lets you know if the part will fit your bike. I had a small issue with a part that had been sent to me but once I contacted customer service they took care of the issue right on the spot. I was sent a return label and a replacement part next day air. Great customer care crew here. I will definitely shop here again.

I purchased a 15" tall windshield in dark smoke. Though it looks good on my 500 Scrambler and does a good job of deflecting the wind I find that the noise level is too much. I thought about getting a new helmet but decided to try the taller 19" windshield first.
