The website is easy to navigate to find what you need. The "shop your ride" feature is really nice and lets you know if the part will fit your bike. I had a small issue with a part that had been sent to me but once I contacted customer service they took care of the issue right on the spot. I was sent a return label and a replacement part next day air. Great customer care crew here. I will definitely shop here again.

I purchased a 15" tall windshield in dark smoke. Though it looks good on my 500 Scrambler and does a good job of deflecting the wind I find that the noise level is too much. I thought about getting a new helmet but decided to try the taller 19" windshield first.

I ordered a front and rear tire for my motorcycle. Got them delivered and the rear tire was manufactured in 2024. The front in 2022. Not too pleased with running a 3 year old tire on my 1,000 lb motorcycle. This is the second time this has happened to me and I am not happy about it

Easy and quick everything went smoothly. The information was correct on the website, the product showed up when they said it was supposed to. They did their job
Made order made payment order was sent right away and delivered when it said it would be.
The gasket between the carb and air cleaner backing plate in fact "did not"fit. #431-238 the line up holes in the gasket are much smaller than the pins on my backing plate. I also tore the gasket trying to make the holes bigger. My bike is a 1999 F XD superglide with a stock carb and backing plate. At the end I reused the original. No big deal, just a heads up.
