I had hoped that the entire fuel pump assembly was included. I guess I should have noticed that the fuel regulator wasn't included.

Quick and easy, product came to house in a timely manner and in good condition
It was great. Product arrived on time and was what was ordered. Installation was simple per web site along with paperwork.

I ordered a saddlman seat and the driver backrest is bent. I am getting nothing but runaround from J&P and saddle man. I spent over $800 and expected way better service. I buy stuff from J&P all the time, I will never purchase from them again. You lost a loyal customer on this one!
Ordered a break line, but ordered the wrong size, (my fault) return was very easy and J&P excepted my return and sent a replacement of the right size. The hole experience was really nice, easy and I ended up with just what I needed in a pretty short amount of time.
Parts were easy to find and order, with very simple returns. Will use J&P Cycles again

My order was lost by UPS, I called J&P Cycles to inform them of the problem. They took charge of the issue, contacted UPS to track my order down and get it delivered to me Great Job J&P.
