The only problem was that my package was delivered to the wrong address and I had to go track it down myself

It took over a week to get the parts. I can get pretty much everything I order from Dennis Kirk in 2 or 3 days. I can get stuff from e-bay in 3 or 4 days and from Amazon in 1 or 2 days. You guys gotta get with the program.

I purchased an item for a birthday gift. That birthday is still 2 weeks away, so it's not been opened yet or I would probably have given 5 stars.

Easy ordering received promptly, quality product, cost competitive.

I am very satisfied with J&P cycles. I got 10% off for it being my first purchase. I did have some issues with the pipes. Obe of the O2 sensors thread was stripped. I could not connect the O2 sensor to it. I didn't want to return the item, so I purchased a thread chaser, and corrected it myself. One of the bolts that came with the product was kind of short. I had to get creative with the install to get it to bolt on. But you can't be the sound! I had purchased and installed the Khrome Werks pipes before, and this completed the exhaust. Now my Harley sounds like a Harley. And it rides better too.

You had it in stock! Gotta love that. Seat looks great. Bike's looking tough.

Had trouble finding the part even though I had the part number

They ship quick and received exactly what I ordered. Fair pricing as well.

Called the company for a fit question and the agent I spoke to was courteous and just plain amazing - clearly showed care for the customer.
