Purposely paid 2day air to have in time to ride. They shipped it wrong and it took too long to arrive.
I will say they refunded my shipping fee but that wasn't the point. The arrival dates need to be right.
This is the second time I ordered tires from J&P. I received what I ordered in a timely fashion.
In both cases I had them mounted at the local Cycle Gear.
I purchased the same tires as OEM. The bike is new to me and I don't have experience working on it. If I can get the wheels off, the quoted price for mounting and balancing at the local Cycle Gear is great.
I Love JP cycle, I purchase pretty much all my parts for my Low rider St at JP. I love theirs website especially being a RPM member has more advantage getting cash back for all of your purchases.
I needed some bolts for my primary cover on my 04 Fatboy. Went to my local store Cycle Gear and the store associates were helpful and ordered what I needed from your online store.
Would have bought more parts. As I scrolled through the web page I kept running across things and added to the order, but your website does not allow for a full review of the catalog without constant interruptions with the AI chat and forced start overs.
As for products and searches, it's asinine to enter basic key words like "intake" or "James gasket" because all you get is some BS for a tire, or kickstand, or some chrome bolt on useless parts.
Navigating through the website is mind numbingly slow
I received this request to review my order. I'd love to but can't remember what I ordered. I know I received it because the bike I was repairing is finished and gone with no complaints from the owner. The JPCycles experience will change your life and make your world revolve around it. The constant notifications on the order status will keep you jumping with joy each time you open your email to see the 10 messages just knowing it has received a label and ready to ship. If you have a question about anything, someone in customer service will have an answer for you.
We were able to purchase and take home a Mustang Super Touring 1-piece diamond deluxe seat and matching tour pack back rest on the same day when every other store online was back ordered. Very cool. 5 stars to Harold and James.
Custom dynamics didn't even have these in stock on their site. They fit 2019 Harley Streetglide passing lamps perfectly no extra harness needed. Big ups to J&P cycles for coming thru!
I ordered the rear bearings I needed they shipped quickly and were the correct parts that I needed turning it into a very smooth transaction.

Late sixties have rode out of high school, double knee replacement done, sold all my Harley's. Years late I run across fxstc 1989, twenty footer major cleaning oil fluids gaskets covers and saddle, luggage rack would fit but changed the license plat bracket. Great source for those becoming antique by years.
Purchased an Harley evo, 1989, not many carry what is now a vintage Harley. Harley site, offers parts that dealers no longer carry due to age of bike. Feel good after double knee surgery to ride again on this old chopper.
Pretty easy install for the most part aside from having to look up YouTube videos on how to install them loll. Some instructions that cane with the parts would have been nice. But no big deal đź‘Ť just a quick YouTube search and it was a easy install
Okay so the left side mirror should be left hand threads. One review was correct. I have a fix Bikers. Take JB Weld fill the hole where the bolt threads in. Snug it down let sit over night, now it is welded. Done

I ordered the Roland Sands Seventy4 "Cota" gloves on 11/16/25, J&P Cycles sent a set of Roland Sands Seventy4 "Roswell" gloves. Okay, no big deal, I'll keep them. I got an email from J&P Cycles in March of 2026 saying the gloves on my watch list "Cota" were on sale. I ordered them and guess what, they sent another pair of "Roswell" gloves. They put the gloves on clearance and apparently whoever pulls the order just sees Roland Sands Seventy4 on the header card and doesn't bother to look at the style of glove. Not really a big deal to me but they should definitely do better.
