I ordered a front and rear tire for my bike weeks ago. Received the front tire within days. Was excellent. Had a bit of trouble tracking down the tire. Claimed awaiting carrier pickup but was already shipped. Confusing right? Waited a few days and called the company to ask perhaps where my tire may be. They could not locate it but offered to replace and sent me a new one within 48hrs! Best customer service I have experienced. Hands down! Could not remember the 2 people I spoke to names, but I will definitely recommend!

J&P has always been my go-to, but delivery by USPS sucks. My order coming to Wisconsin should have taken 3 days, but my package left Louisville to Chicago to St Paul (30 miles from final destination) to Garden City NY to Metro NY back to St Paul before finally arriving 8 days after ordering! I know that sidetrack is not J&P's fault, but choosing to use diversity hire USPS to save a buck is.
