The item I ordered was, guessing lost in mail week after it was supposed to be delivered, I called and said I didn't get it, they didn't ask question:, just sent another. Week later I received it, another week later got another so I sent it back.
So I'll be doing ng more shopping on site

I always buy my products from J&P because I feel they have the best customer service reps if I have any concerns or questions, which as it turns out, I usually do. I also receive my orders really quick, couple days.

Received a part for a different bike, a Softail vs. Wide Glide. The connection was different; made it work. All the packaging had been thrown out etc.

I received the part I ordered damaged. I reached out to J&P and they began the return and replace process that day. I mailed the damaged part back and my replacement was shipped out the following day.

Product selection for my model cycle was easy and on point. I was able to complete the order, and receive the item in less than a week. Simple and no issues encountered.

The carburetor rebuild kit arrived in perfect condition, and quality was excellent. It showed up in a timely manner. The transaction took only minutes.

My Dad ordered parts for his Harley on Amazon. None of the parts functioned properly. EFI fuel lines where spraying fuel from both sides. I ordered replacement valve rebuild kits and fuel lines and it all stopped.

The brake master cylinder rebuild kit looked great. The issue is I did not have a leak before now I do. Had to buy a new master cylinder. Money was wasted. I am not saying it was anyone's fault 51 year old bike. Just wished it worked.

J&P has a great selection of products. I purchased tires and received them in two days. Faster than my local motorcycle dealer can get tires.

I came across some online review of the Kraus EZ-Shift for our Harley Davidson and since my wife had some issues finding the neutral before, I decided to order 2 of them. As I did my online search, I ended up on J&P Cycles website and I'm glad I did. The ordering process was quick and easy, shipment was also quick and parts came in and I didn't even have to pay custom duties or tariffs. Great product and great seller.

Problems have been rare but one time a package got caught up in a mail carrier loop when called J&P and explain to them that I was on a tight timeline. They overnighted me my part and just asked me to return the one that was lost in the mail when it arrived.

The shifter shaft and shifter arm fit perfectly. Both were slightly lighter weight than the OEM. The required shifter arm bolt (1/4" x 20 x1")is smaller than the OEM and is not included with the shifter arm.

I had a problem with the rear seat bolt. The bike had a improvised metric bolt and it was always working loose. I have searched for a way to get a proper assembly to fix the problem but they were expensive and wouldn't work on my bike. I saw a tutorial video on how to easily install the part. I looked up the part, and problem solved! I always check you folks first for parts. Very rarely do I need to go elsewhere. You all do an excellent job!

I ordered a Meuller clutch ball ramp.
The product was delivered very quickly.
I just test rode the bike and the clutch pull was much easier.
I have bought quite a few items from J&P over the years and have been very pleased with their prompt service.

When selling new floorboards whether or not it comes with new hardware should be mentioned. I'm not sure who would install new floorboards with old hardware.

Deliveries always been right on time. Product has been great and upstanding quality lasting and I will always order from JP Cycles first.

Business as usual. Even though I worked at J$P for 4 years, and they fired me for buying too much stuff ( 5 bikes) I got over it-usually still the 1st place I shop because I know the system etc. It would have been cool if everything showed up at the same time-but no biggie.

Posted Expected delivery came and went with shipping updates saying shipper still waiting to receive items. Customer service was of zero assistance. About a week later update from shipper goes from still waiting, to received at my post office with nothing in-between.
Better to not have tracking then just having bs

I see people daily who look like my friends from my younger days. They are wearing globulous safety gear and standing upright on electric scooters, carefully navigating through life like padded mailboxes on rigid posts, their flaps agape and red flags erect, looking forward to their next check.

I observe this and feel as though life is slipping away. No, not slipping away from ME per sé, but these individuals are slipping away from their OWN lives while stiffly yipping along on their reasonable conveyances, biting their lips in concentration, ignorant of lust.

They will never know the endless frustration yet satisfying joy of conquering the magneto. Nor will they glance onto dark plate glass windows late at night while the city sleeps, watching their spokes gleam and flash or feel their ribcage rattle as they roll with friends KNOWING that just around the corner lies rarely excellent whisky and the finest $#*! anywhere on earth.

Elbows out. Knees locked. Silent. Thrifty.
