I ordered a replacement windshield for my Harley Ultra, well packaged, no scratches and it fit like a glove! If I need anymore parts for her I will be coming here, got it for a good price! I only had her out once with it and it worked well!

I've been shopping with JP Cycles for over 24 years that I can recall and I've rarely ever had an issue or problem with anything. Would like a new catalogue sent and I would like to see JP start selling some old school stuff shovel head. It's getting harder and harder to find shovel head stuff and Dana replacement stuff for non-OEM replacements outside of that zero complaints I'm a happy rider. Keep the greasy side down.!

Why did you choose jp cycles should sum it all up you don't need describe your experience. I wasn't snorkeling in Hawaii that's an experience.

It took a week to get it and it was the wrong part so now I have to ship the item back and ordered the right part that I need for my bike.

Ordered some tires came super fast no issues and they look great on the bike!

Had tried these gloves on a local dealer and by going through this company I saved $25 perfect fit as expected

Always easy ordering and finding of parts. My parts were out of stock and months later when they finally got in stock, they notified me right away so I could order them.

Decided to order they tires now although I do not need them at this moment as I was concerned of availability in a few months given that this is a new tire from Dunlop.

Overall good experience had to order 1 part direct from thrashin supply it was out of stock on JP. Other than that everything i needed in one place quick shipping and easy to navigate store.

Great customer service very helpful. Received my seat was not what I want a little to big for my softtail. Sent me the info to return it. Waiting on another seat on back order to come in to make that purchase. Will use again

I ride a restored 78 FXS. Have been purchasing from J&P Cycle since 2008. Customer service has always assisted me with all my issues and concerns. If I thought it would make a difference I'd ask J&P to bring back their Vintage Cycle publication. John

I ordered a front and rear tire for my bike weeks ago. Received the front tire within days. Was excellent. Had a bit of trouble tracking down the tire. Claimed awaiting carrier pickup but was already shipped. Confusing right? Waited a few days and called the company to ask perhaps where my tire may be. They could not locate it but offered to replace and sent me a new one within 48hrs! Best customer service I have experienced. Hands down! Could not remember the 2 people I spoke to names, but I will definitely recommend!
