I needed a voltage regulator. It was in stock and shipped the next day, I had my Road Glide back on the road in 48 hours

Placed an order and I understand I made a mistake on the shipping address and the items were being sent to a home I sold several years ago. 5 minutes after my order was placed and it was still pending I emailed customer service trying to correct my mistake. NEVER got a response. The next day when JP Cycles opened I contacted them through chat and they told me nothing they could do it was already processed and I could just go pick it up at the wrong address or I could have the shipper recall the item once the shipper took possession of it. Asked if there were any other options and I was just cut and pasted the rules. So I wanted till the shipper was assigned, contact JP Cycle again and they said not our problem you made the mistake so go pick it up at the address you sent it to. Once again zero help and basically told you cant cancel the order and if you cancel the card payment you will be banned from buying from us because this is not our problem. I realize I made a shipping error caught right away and customer service had their money and didn't care about the customer at all. Horrible experience.

It is what it is! It's exactly as it was listed for. Push start button that is kind of hidden. Don't need to have the Forks unlocked to start my bike. I think it is a great safety feature as well.

As an Iowan I shopped J&P Anamosa quite often but then I stepped away from bikes for years went more into water sports but now am back into bikes more and they had a few things I wanted that HD couldnt produce me with so way to go J&P on that!

This is the first thing I've gotten from J&P through the USPS. If you are going to buy something you need right away see if they can FEDEX or UPS to you. I love my purchase, and this isn't any fault of J&P, but getting stuff through the USPS anymore is a crap shoot on when you're going to receive anything.

Nothing great, nothing bad they have great traction and come at a great price

The product was fine, shipping couldn't find my address so it took a couple extra days to get my tires

Awesome just as expected. On line purchase can be sketchy at best but J/P cycles makes it so easy and you get what you ordered no games. Awesome company.

Purchased a crash bar... matched it up on the website. Received it. Didn't fit my model. Returned it, waiting for refund

Purchased a one way bleeder valve tool from JP they were great as usual but the product itself was GARBAGE spoke to manufacturer or distributor not sure but it took a couple of days to get back to me supposedly valve blocks air from going into brake lines but all mine did was leak brake fluid the entire time would not recommend to anyone although the customer service was not bad they just need to include directions with product

I was several other sites looking for a specific replacement part and they either didnt carry it or it i just find it. J&P went strait to it, I bought it, and had it in a matter of days.

This is the only place I will ever shop for my Harley parts they are fast and very reliable prices could be a little cheaper sometimes but other than that by far it's my favorite place to shop
