The only issue I've ever had was I ordered an extra plate clutch kit that was supposed to be in stock and after it didn't ship for three days when i incurred about it it was actually not in stock and had to order from a competitor

They had the seat I wanted in stock and got it to me a couple of days early!

Great price, fast delivery, windshield looks awesome. Installation was quick and it even came with nylon inserts.

I'm fairly pleased with my purchase/s. I say fairly because one item didn't quite fit like I thought it should. Also it could be because something is not a factory accessory that involved the said item purchased. Not at all J and P fault or doing.

Tires were delivered 2 days later than expected, but great customer service to call and explain why. We will not use the tires right away so can't really say how the product performs, but they are what we expected.

I ordered a barnett extra plate clutch kit and spring and front and rear wheel bearings for my 2010 harley davidson street glide. Everything fit and worked great. The description on the wheel bearins was a little misleading so I ended up with an extra set of front wheel bearings.

I ordered wrong part, and Kat was so helpful in getting the correct part. Best customer service ever!
