Tire not mounted yet but I really like the looks of this tire.

Everything was smooth and exactly as expected. The toolkit even had fuses which was above and beyond I wouldn't have bought it anywhere else and it's twice as good as the one that Harley-Davidsons ourselves for two times the price

I have been a customer since 2012 and they have always been easy to deal with.

I ordered a stock air filter through my local Suzuki dealership with a 2 week lead time. I had a planned trip and my original air filter was not usable.
The dealership notified me that the air filter will not arrive in time for my planned ride.
I then looked online to see if any online outlets could send one over night for a reasonable price.
I found JP Cycle. This was a Thursday. I paid $35 to have the part shipped overnight. I expected the order would ship out on Friday and arrive Saturday. My planned ride was Sunday.
I received notice on Sunday that the air filter was shipped, and to expect it on Monday. Much too late for me. The air filter did arrive Monday, as stated by the emails.
The only reason I did not give 1 stars, was that JP Cycle was quick to refund my shipping charges, after I requested a refund.
Will I buy from them again? It is unlikely, unless the price of parts are very competitive. I can no longer rely on them to follow their own shipping forecast and policy.

Everything we needed was available and delivery was right on time.

The thing on here really ain't much cheaper if any compared to the hatley shop and even the tire looks like crap I really dont even want to put it on there..

I ordered a new tire, tube, and rim strip for my bike, all to be shipped within 24 hours. I received the tube and rim strip via USPS just fine. Waited for more than a week to receive the tire, which for some reason was to be shipped separately via FedEx. The tire never showed up by the expected date, and I was notified (the next week) by email that the carrier "refused the shipment." Never got an explanation as to why this happened, and why I was only notified the following week. I had to cancel a tire change appointment, then finally order the tire from a different vendor a week late. Not using J&P again.

Shopping for tires for my bike was easier than I thought! No hassle and good stock to choose from!

The part I ordered fit my bike perfectly. Shopping for parts on J&P is always a good experience

It's really hard to bend at first while installing. But once it's installed, works just great!

I have purchased parts before and I will keep buying part from j and p cycles the delivery is great packaged well I love all your products one day soon I need to buy a motorcycle seat thank you very much and rear floor boards

Got here quicker than expected, and came right to my door. Procedure was a little higher than the last time I got one, but totally worth it.

They fit like they should, I did have to make some modifications to them.
