Got my order quickly. It is exactly what I needed. Was going to make my own but this was the least expensive way to go

I really like the selection, quality and price of the parts I've ordered. Shipping is always quick and dependable with updates as to the status of my orders. I always look here first.

It was a perfect fit, after buying the wrong set from a he dealership that they said "should" fit. And it did not. Yours was perfect, and had the model/year range clearly and fit as it should, and was a very easy install.

JP has been the best for me to find parts for what is now a classic. 1994 HD softail. So I search them for every thing else I need.

Placing the order was easy enough. FedEx kept delaying the delivery which was annoying. I placed two orders on the same day and one order was postponed two days and the other was postponed three days. What that means is five times FedEx said the order was being delivered the next day and then delayed it.

Right part at a good price. Cheaper than all the other sites. Quick service and a long time customer... back when I used to order from the old school paper catalog that you sent out free.

I received email with egift. Forwarded to my son this evening so that he could shop an before christmas and get items on or a little after christmas. So now i wait to see if his order is processed using egift.

My first Harley, didn't like the stock grips, have bought from J&P before so I went with them for the grips. They arrived quickly, I felt the price was reasonable, and they work and feel perfect.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. As there is only three neighborhoods within three miles and only one that has the same numbering as my street. I drove a mile to this neighborhood. Since the email i got had a picture of the front door of the house delivered too, i found the house, the house number was not even close to my house number and totally different named street. The gentleman at the home gave me my package. I notified J&P of this entire issue!

I have been purchasing Harley Davidson parts from JP Cycles for years now. All quality parts, good prices, and timely delivery. I recommend this company to all my friends and family and they say same thing.

The site was easy to navigate. The products I have ordered and received were of good quality and packaged well.
The tracking was very good, and I was very pleased with how they kept me up to date with every move, as my shipment was on the way! I have ordered from them before, and the experience has always been great.

The process from the time I ordered my exhaust slip-ons to the time they arrived went smoothly. They worked exactly as advertised and they sound great on the bike. Fairly simple installation and was on the road within the hour,

Unlike other websites I tried to purchase the same item from, when J&P listed something as available, it actually was. Also, they provide constant updates, so you know what's going on with your order.

Bought an expensive helmet for a good discount that had some well documented minor damage that was even less noticeable in person. Thanks.

I reached out to customer service on questions regarding my order and they responded in less than 8 hours. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. Awesome bunch of people!

I first saw the LePera Seat Knob on J&P Cycles' website and was disappointed that it was out of stock. I checked the box asking to be notified when the knob was back in stock and received notification from J&P Cycles when the item as back in stock. I ordered the item, J&P Cycles shipped it quickly, and the knob was exactly as described.

Tappet blocks don't come with gaskets, so i made my own. I never inderstood that way of doing business. Bump the price and include bolts, gaskets and blocks.

Excellent from J&P. Just abit frustrating re customs and codes then additional taxes and fees mounting to hundreds of dollars... getting bits into New Zealand.

10/10 product was delivered with high quality and fits perfect. Runs a size big. Ordered accordingly and the boots were perfec.
