It was not packaged very well. It had one piece of bubble wrap and a piece of plastic in a big box so it was just free moving because there was no packing peanuts or nothing. I sent it back with more bubble wrap than it was sent to me just so they can't say it got damaged along the way.The quality of the product I bought was not exactly up to par for my liking, but the shipping was on time. Great customer service for returns. Will purchase from them again just not that product.
