I did business with J&P because of one to two day shipping claim. Yet they didn't ship for five business days. Love the product, exactly as advertised. Customer service contact that I had was great. But they broke their word on shipping. If I send something back, I'm charged one hell of a restocking fee. Seems like I would get a partial refund, due to their shipping delay.

I ordered the wrong filter and the return was painless? No problem and got my refund promptly.

Ordered a bigger windshield for my brand new motorcycle and it arrived in perfect condition. Shipped out within 24 hours as stated. I will be shopping with J&P Cycles again- and now, so will my husband!

I had great customer support when calling in. As far as the product I was disappointed. Most stators come with wiring that will reach to the factory connectors. This one stopped at the case and I had to use bullet connectors to connect. This does not look good and does not give a very good sealed connection. I used heat shrink connectors and die electric grease to try to seal the connection the best I could. Most stators also come with replacement screws because the ones you take out have yielded and are only meant to be used once.
