Very reliable service I ordered the item and I received it on time of the Delivery d8 I was very pleased I ordered the item for a Christmas gift for my Son -law for Christmas

Called J&P because of their selection and availability to get new front&rear white wall tires for my 2009 Road King Classic, it arrived the next day via FedEx. Thank you J&P.

Headlight housing was in excellent condition, and was received within days after placing the order.
I am very happy with J&P Cycles, and have tried to purchase additional parts that they did not sell.

The product they bought. It came by itself. No instructions whatsoever. I'm NEW👍 to this, so I'm left in the dark without instructions. Had to use you tube for instructions

Replaced stock baffels with Jones Boar touring race baffels. Modufied them to fit 2024 up Harley stock softail pipes. Perfect tone and rumble acheived.

Shopping experience was good. Received the product (V&H twin slash slip-one for 2004 Sportster) in the delivery time promised. Will need to wait for spring to hear them on the bike.

The tracking with usps isn't the best. But did receive product on time and in perfect condition. USPS showed items in Charleston WVA for 2 days and never showed out for delivery. Just showed up on door step and then tracking showed delivered.

Mirror look great and even though small I can see well. One mirror shakes a lot and the other is steady. I'll try to adjust that. The stem is short and sits barely over my knuckles. I bought because of the look and I love them.

I have not opened the package yet since it is a gift for my husband, but your ordering process was great and simple! Thank you so much!

Screws seized halfway through tightening, tamper proof so I knew they wouldn't go all the way down, had to remove them before it was useless to try, in the process I scratched up and damaged the lock housing. Tried their customer service, no response until today on screws. Matched up myself at Lowe's and bought my own... not too happy

J&P Cycles makes everything so easy. Super-fast shipping and the package arrived in perfect condition with exactly what I ordered inside.

Overall it was a good buying experience. Problem was I was looking for oem replacement parts and it was dang near impossible. The ones I ordered would not work on my bike, though they were an option that pulled up. My bike is stock

The order arrived in two parcels a day after the first delivery, i got a little worried when the first parcel was opened and half the order was not there.But after checking the invoice and refering to the tracking I knew it was all sent, but in two parcels.Thanks again guys your despatch team is on the ball.

I ordered a wheel with a 2" rim and received one with a 3" rim. I sent it back and ordered another this time with stainless spokes and received another 3" rim. The packing said 2" rim. I returned it to Fed Ex today.

Received my order in Hawaii 5 days early in one
