Ordered a Saddleman bag, came in on time thank you. Its the usual type bag that has been on markets for years. Per usual minor adjustments requiring additional items were needed.

Purchasing experience was good. Shipping was timely, but packaging was inadequate and allowed pieces to move in box. The internal part packaging was damaged with bolts and hardware in the box. The box tape had broken allowing flaps of the box to be open. Thank goodness no parts were lost. More tape and internal cushioning could have been used to prevent the items from shifting and causing the box damage.

I just needed to do a standard 3-hole fluid change on my 2017 FXDLS and J&P Cycles offers the best prices on the products I prefer to use. Additionally, due to multiple parts upgrades, I required an item I was having trouble sourcing and a bit confused on how to proceed. Upon calling customer service and speaking with a gentleman named Scotty, he was able to research my somewhat unusual and specific issue as well as explain to me very clearly and proficiently the best way for me proceed. My experience could not have been better; from price to customer service to fast shipping & receiving... my experience was perfect!

I ordered a battery for my motorcycle and the shipping box was damaged significantly. This is the second time this has happened. I recommend you learn better ways to package batteries.

I purchased the 14" bars by accident. Didn't notice until it was too late. Sent them an email hoping I could get it fixed, got a reply that it was already shipped (like 1 day later) which is fast. Turns out it was coming from a local warehouse which is probably why. So they send me an RMA right away for free which usually costs $10. I ship the bars back and got a refund with a matter of days. I did order the correct size bars on the site and installed them. 12" barely fits the stock clutch cable, and from what I've read it depends on the bars actual height.
