I ordered a gasket form your company and paid for extra shipping to receive the item faster. It did not come on time in fact it was 3 days late. I'd like my shipping charges refunded.

I purchased an FP4 pack. It works amazing. I have a 2017 Harley-Davidson road glide. I downloaded a basic map first then did the auto tune. After 3 different riding sessions I applied it and I can feel the difference right away. I'm happy so far.
