Not a positive experience for me. I was given a code to get a ten percent discount (on a thousand dollar order). Then I was messaged I couldn't get the discount. Got the cylinders but the oil line, etc, took for. Ev. er. The whole experience held up progress. That's a drag.
I ordered Wiseco piston rings for my 95 inch upgrade along with grips and compression release valves. I recieved one set of the correct rings one day. The next day the grips came.
The following day I got the compression release valves and another set of rings that were for an 88 inch bore and one of the rings was bent. Customer service refunded me the price of the rings but had none available of the proper ones. I will be returning the one set of rings and have recieved the proper rings from another supplier.

When I proceeded to check out, there was a note saying all money is in Canadian funds. Then when I was charged on my credit card, there was an extra approximately $50 because the funds were not in Canadian. I also did not like the fact that I was only given one shipping option the fast $32 option I would rather get it shipped for way less money than that and wait a week or two for it if I have that option that would be great. And then there was a surprise bill for duties and taxes altogether that part cost me $200 Canadian. I hope it is completely awesome when I install it in the spring. 😜

Regarding shipping, we hear you. At the moment, we only offer the faster shipping option in certain cases, but we understand that having a more economical, slower option would be helpful, and we’ll definitely pass that feedback along.

This particular purchase was for turn signal lense replacement. Although I didn't find the lenses, I did find all four turn signal replacements. The ones I have were the original 46 year old units which were worn and the chrome wasn't that great.
The new ones are great and replace the originals just perfect. For the money paid it was worth it.

The website will say in stock when really they have to order it. Always call the individual store before trusting and traveling to said store because you will be wasting your time

When I talk to customer service about the mistake that my phone did they said don't worry about it and sent my order to my correct address easy to work with always buy parts from here

I have ordered a few things for my '23 Ultra Limited. Each and every experience has been perfect. I know where my order is every step of the way. Their prices have always been more than fair. The products have always been as described and packaged with the best care. 5 stars is all I could select but definitely deserves more.
Last 2 shipments 1 st shipment ordered Friday evening ordered not picked until Monday received email telling me delivery was for Wednesday didn't receive until Thursday. No sense in contacting customer service, all you get is I'm sorry for the late delivery and that's as far as it goes.

We had been looking everywhere for a specific gas tank to use for our wedding guest book and kept coming up short with nothing. We found J&P Cycles and they had the exact tank we needed at a very affordable price and it was at my front door in two days with free shipping! 5 out of 5 stars highly recommend these guys!
Over the years i have bought may things from JP Cycles. In the store in Sturgis, at the Lone Star motorcycle rally in Galveston Texas, I bought and had installed my Denali Lights with the Krause bracket, this week a Kodlin lowering kit for my wife's Low Rider S. I've bought at least 4 Rockford Fosgate 6 speaker systems and I don't know how many different exhaust packages over the years. Always treated great. Will be a JP Cycles customer for life.
