Generally, don't like to buy things online on my hands on kind of guy although I received just what I was looking forward to working fine thank you

Did much research and decided to purchase Khrome Werks hp plus slip ons. Easy install and love the sound over OEM muffler. I just ordered the louvered baffle inserts to have on hand.

Quick ship. Arrived in 3 days. Fender was nice. Ordered it for my softail deluxe, this fender fits a wide range of softails with different trim, so it has a couple extra mounting holes than i expected. Ill have to buy plugs for them. Once im done itll look great.

Found the parts I needed
The order was easy and delivery was fast
Parts required some alterations to be installed
Directions were a bit sketchy
Once installed everything was solid

The windscreen did NOT fit my
Bike and is being returned now. I had confidence your website indicated it would fit my model Harley but the holes do NOT line up with my stock brackets.

Search part of website could be more accurate but you eventually find what you're looking for. Tech dept very helpful and shipping was fast.

I have recently placed a couple orders. Not all of them with j&p. I will say j&p has the best communication system then the rest. Easy ordering and communication through every step. All packages even in holiday time showed up early.

I wants a specific tire and found it cheaper at a business i dont normally deal with. I asked JP if they would match and boom they did it and it all worked out great. Thank you!

Note for the future - DO NOT USE FEDEX for overseas shipments. They rip off the consumers and charge double the import duties for doing the job they've already been paid to do!

I ordered the fat bangers EZ clutch adjuster. And delivery was super fast. Replacing the stock plastic adjuster on my harley with this all metal unit was super fast and easy peazy. Less than 30min install thanks

My experience is very satisfying. I've got my parts fast and on time if you need anything, you can call them. They won't answer you. A human will actually not recording and a very helpful.

I put in my bike to check the match. 2024 HD RG CVO ST. Showed that it fit. But when I received my purchase, it was the wrong part. It looks to be the one with a hillshifter, when a CVO ST doesn't come with a hillshifter so it should be longer.

It was time for new tires for my bike. Got online to JP cycles. Call their tech-support. Got everything taken care of order them two days later I had them.

Ii typed battery charger in the search bar and viola! I was brought to exactly what I was looking for. Confirmation was sent quickly. Item arrived undamaged,

I was looking for a particular seat for my Softail and just about every other retailer was out of stock. J&P didn't have the best price, but they had the seat in stock. Shipping was quick, and the seat arrived safely.

Simple to order, received my order, and the right parts came. I also had a question, and called. The associate that picked up the phone was able to help me!

Very helpful and knowledgeable of all the projects and products I have ordered. My go to place. Return policy is excellent. I have found that fedex is the best option for shipping less hassle in the big postal hubs on switching to USPS is the only thing that speeds things up. Seems like packages are in limbo for a couple extra days.

The Folks there steered me into my Buckhorn handlrbar and riser saved me $ while keeping the quality at 5's. Also shipping got it to me quick. Packaging was done as if they owned the parts. Can't wait to get it on my Ironhead XL. Also I thank Bonnie in chat what a sweetheart. They earned my business!

Ordered exhaust gaskets for 2020 softail slim got v&h they were just round a 2020 107 uses cone style gaskets no biggie went to harley got the right ones.

It seemed to take a long time for the order to be processed and then shipped to me. And the shipping seemed like it took awhile. I guess I've been spoiled by other providers. I just received the product I ordered and they are going to work out great.
