I had no idea this existed I've been riding my 88 sportster for over 30 years holding the turn signal sw until my thumb was sore very satisfied with the product. Only one caveat their tech support seems to be nonexistent. I had a question concerning the one indacator light connected to two signals, I wound up eliminating it and used it for a brake light indicator

I ordered a rear tire and I had it in my hands in less than 30 hours. Thanks guys

I really liked all the updates, giving me the status of where my order was. Didn't have to keep guessing when I might receive the order because the updates kept me informed through the whole process.

Item ordered and per riders preferred member club warehouse didn't ship item out after 48 hours. Customer service saw that item was classified as normal ship and fixed classification and item shipped out and was recieved by end of week. Customer service compensated and item received in timely manner.

Actually had a situation where I got a package that did not have what I ordered in it except stickers and bubble wrap. But contacted them they fixed the issue right away and paid for overnight delivery with no problems had the part within 2 days.

Was told upon ordering that item was IN STOCK and would ship within 1-3 days. This was a gift purchase with intended delivery date to work for gifting. Instead I had to make multiple calls each one either lacking information or differing info. Instead my gift was over a week late and I was not pleased with service provided

I ordered my tires so they would be here by the end of the week then they emailed me and said my address needed verification so I called them and the dude said it would be better if I used my po box the next day got another email saying can't deliver to po box so I had to call again and switch it back to the original address then they didn't ship till the next day so 3 days of confusion then finally had my weekend plans shot and got them on a Monday

Works great but the shipping box was totally destroyed. Surprised that it came in one piece.
