Was told upon ordering that item was IN STOCK and would ship within 1-3 days. This was a gift purchase with intended delivery date to work for gifting. Instead I had to make multiple calls each one either lacking information or differing info. Instead my gift was over a week late and I was not pleased with service provided

I ordered my tires so they would be here by the end of the week then they emailed me and said my address needed verification so I called them and the dude said it would be better if I used my po box the next day got another email saying can't deliver to po box so I had to call again and switch it back to the original address then they didn't ship till the next day so 3 days of confusion then finally had my weekend plans shot and got them on a Monday

Called to see if the parts were available I was told that were asked to have them set aside in the will call was assured that they would be after a 2hr drive arrived at the store and they were not available or set aside.

I'm very pleased with how fast the shipping was! Pricing was about 15 bucks under anyone else! The tires really set my 2023 streetglide off it rides smother it sticks to the road better and after 600 miles the tires still have the parting lines and I hit the corners probably harder than most! Very satisfied all the way around!

Ordered a part. It came right away. Not on my "banned for life" list.

The aftermarket speedo cable, probably made in an adversarial country didn't fit properly and I won't force it. I reused the old speedo cable and just replaced the speedo drive unit.

Ordered a few parts to do an oil change on my bike. I received the package and the had put the wrong Oil Filter in the box. Had to call and get the right part sent to me. Wasted a few more days until I got the correct part.
