J&P staff are always fantastic. Ordered one light, came in hard shell blister pack. Opened package and light itself was wrapped in a protective film. The light housing is a lightweight plastic with chrome colored film. When I peeled the protective film off the light it pulled the chrome film off the housing. JP easily issued a return and shipped another right out. Second unit same story. The product is extremely overpriced for the quality. At a minimum, the manufacturer needs to stop wrapping it in protective film and just leave it to the blister pack for protection. I did not try and third time; I am confident the results would have been the same.

The part did not fit as advertised. Dowel pins didn't line up correctly and starter cut out cause starter to bind up and not start.

Replaced my HD CV Carb on a 2001 Road King with Fueling 525 cam plate upgrade. Great combo. The adapter allowed the use of my K&N backing plate and stock 88 dog bowl. Looks and works great.

J&P has always been my go to for bike parts. With this last order I realized after check out that I had the wrong item when I check out. They were able to get it swapped and out to me right away with out any issues!

It took a week to get the first battery and then it was only an empty box.
Funny the replacement battery was took 2 days once someone figured out what to do.
That second battery came from Las Vegas and 2 days later.

Anything and everything I have bought from Jo cycles is always shipped on time and packaged real well. Customer service seems to be A1 also.

The lights appear to be made by different companies. One came in an opened card. The sheathing and connectors on the wiring have to be removed. Otherwise the hollow bolt cannot be removed for install on the bike.

Ordered a rear tire for my Harley Ultra Classic. The tire I wanted was available, in stock, and arrived quicker than expected

Living in Alaska, everything can take a while to get up here, but these tires got here in less than a week. Granted—I paid a pretty penny to get them shipped up here!

As for the tires, I'm not sure yet because it's, well, see above comment about Alaska. Hint: icy roads aren't conducive to safe riding. I'll let you know this April or May!

When I ordered it said "in stock" but when this order shipped it took 2-3 extra days for the complete order to arrive. ……. Not impressed

Rack is a solid unit. Screw threads should be reworked at manufacture or use a higher quality screw as, it was a bit difficult to get some of the screws to tighten properly.
