Ordered a dress and paid for next day delivery. Not only was the delivery extremely late, they refused to refund me even though I'd paid for fast delivery. As for the dress, horrendous quality, falling apart upon arrival, but I didn't even bother trying to return it as their 'customer service' was barely in english and just gave me a list of automated replies.
FRAUD! DO NOT USE! This is a massive scam. Clothes nothing like pictures, all images are fake; it takes weeks to arrive and they try and make you post things back to different addresses around the world at great expense and then refuse to refund you as post office receipt you have to photograph apparently isn't what they require! FRAUD!
Dont order from this site. They took my money, delivered no product. When I wrote to them after a month, and still no shipping info, they sent back an empty email! I am now disbuting the charge with my bank! Big time SCAM!

Items take over a month to arrive and then are poor quality and faulty! Trying to get a refund and they have offered me 10% off my next item OR a partial refund minus 20%! Company based in China not UK! Now requesting me to return to Germany!

I bought a tank top size L and two sweatsuits. The tank top arrived and it looks nothing like the picture and the arm holes could fit a Barbie doll. I have yet to receive the sweatsuits. I'm bummed already knowing they most likely will look nothing like the pictures and won't fit me, if they ever do arrive. Really bummed I fell for this scam via a sponsored ad on Instagram. Don't trust it.
Very dissatisfied with this site. I ordered several items and not one resembled the advertised pictures. The quality is very poorly made. Customer service non existent. Very miss leading it's not a UK company it's straight out of China, when you need to send back goods they make it so difficult you give up. Not to mention so dodgy they offered me 20% discount or a $5 credit voucher to keep items. When I rejected this they said I had to declare what was in the postage to be under $10 when in actual fact I spent $160
Watch out for that site. The products they offer are actually made from the Chic Me ' website. The quality of clothing is disastrous and it takes three months to send the packages. Don't waste your money, don't buy them.
This is a scam. It was a month of frustration with emails and claims and disputes. Luckily my bank was able to catch this fraudulent business and refund my money. Don't waste your time. They send fake FedEx labels and scam you. I'll be writing review everywhere possible to let people know. The 1st photo where it states label printed it's from 5/2/2020 conversation I had with them. The 2nd two photos are from 5/4/2020 claim I had with PayPal where it states obviously no delivery address and if it was delivered on 4/28 then why you sent me a tracking number on 5/2/2020 with explanation that due to CoVID you are running behind. This business is a scams. Shame on you.
Was honestly very very sceptical from buying from this place so I found a heap of girls on Instagram that had purchased and they said it's all good so I finally gained the courage to order and honestly I was scared but I'm so glad I did. I only order one thing in case it was a scam but it arrive today and the quality and sizing is perfect! I absolutely adore the dress so much and I can't wait to get our again and wear it!

Joyshoetique did really good. I ordered during the Holiday, and my clothes came in good quality. I was worried about the shipping time and I let Joyshoetique customer service know and they assured me. It all came on time which was good.
Horrible and misleading company. They are scammers out of China who will post incredibly beautiful shoes, at ridiculously low prices and then send you whatever is in their warehouse because they know you can't do anything about it. Especially if you pay via PayPal - they're protected from disputes because their "policies" state you must pay to ship your items back to them in order to get a refund. The problem is Joy Shoetique "pretends" they're a UK and American company on all of their materials. I placed 2 orders in one day (3 pairs of shoes). I use PayPal to protect my credit or debit cards from being compromised. The first order came (2 pairs) and both pairs were ridiculously too small, and the third pair came and wasn't even what I ordered. The best they would do is send me 20% of my money back unless I wanted to pay to ship them back to China (which costs more than the shoes). I chose to get 20% back (which they didn't even do - my order was $82 and they refunded me $8.89). Then the 2nd order arrived before I had a chance to cancel, and it wasn't even the pair I ordered! Same issue - If I want to pay to send them back to China I will get a refund.
I highly recommend everyone stay away from this company. If you don't you will probably be sorry.
Hice una compra de dos pares de botas en la página de Joyshoetique por un valor de 117 y solo me llegó un par de botas, estuve un par de meses poniéndome en contacto con ellos para que me enviasen el par que faltaban y no me hacían más que dar largas me puse en contacto con PayPal para que me ayudaran a resolver el problema puesto que es una "página segura" supuestamente, o eso creía yo, estuvieron casi un mes a traves de PayPal dándome largas como siempre y ellos os de PayPal verían los mensajes digo yo, o no? Total que al final tuve que elevar el caso, puesto que me seguían dando largas para que ellos se pusiesen en contacto con la empresa estafadora y cual fue mi sorpresa cuando un mes más tarde me desestimaron el caso, según ellos porque hablaron con el vendedor y el vendedor les dio todas la pruebas de que el envío fue enviado, pero a mi ni siquiera me preguntaron, ni me pidieron ningún tipo de prueba para contrastar las pruebas y ha día de hoy tampoco me han enviado esas pruebas que tienen ellos que dicen que les enviaron demostrado que el pedido se envio, para yo corroborarlo, al final me he quedado sin dinero y sin botas, no es una página para nada segura. No volveré a hacer compras en Joyshoetique y tampoco volveré a hacer más compras a través de PayPal es otra estafa, pareciera que estuvieran compinchados.
I have ordered from joyshoetique many times. I am very happy with the products, good quality, they are like in the pictures. The order arrived before the planned date, so I could not complain about anything :) Highly recommand! Fast shipping. Will be buying from here again.
