I received my order but the tye dye dress was missing. I only received the a T-Shirt, pink dress a beach tye dye dress. I didn't receive the silky dress. So will this be delivered or will I receive a refund? Thank you

Don't buy!

I ordered 6 different pair of shoes. Each shoe arrived on different days. Only three pair look exactly like the picture. One pair were two sizes smaller. One of the 6 pair that I ordered came apart. See the pictures that I attached.

I ordered two dresses. The quality was terrible. Looks like a project from amateur home ec. When I emailed for returning they offered 20% back. I politely declined and wanted a return label. A week later still no response after attempts of acquiring a return shipping label. I'm pretty sure I'm out the money I spent. I'll never shop here again. Do not take the chance.

I should've known not to order from this site when I saw it wasn't in the U.S. but instead in some warehouse in China?! The quality of your clothes is not worth the full price you charge they sell the same items on AliExpress for half the price. Refund your customers! My package had a missing item that I was not notified about. Bad business is bad business spam and scam your way up to 4-5 stars all you want the truth will always unveil.

I bought something May 30th. Is it July 9th and I still haven't received anything. I contacted them to try it cancel and get a refund but I got an email saying it's already been shipped. Now it's been sitting in LA for weeks, probably lost. Is it the company? Is it UPS? Idk but I won't be shopping from overseas again.

Wrong item

I put an order in for the outfit and they sent me the wrong one. The first picture is of what I ordered, pink orange purple and blue. The second picture is the one I received red and blue. They are claiming my order was right. DON'T SHOP ONE THIS SITE.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I paid for express shipping (5-10 days) - it's been 22 days. I received a FAKE USPS tracking number! My tracking number reflects as in "Pre-Shipment" status since 6/11. This means that USPS was notified of a tracking number being issued (label), but that label has never been scanned into the system. Therefore according to the post office the package was never shipped.

When I reached out to customer service the response I received was, "Your parcel has been shipped and in a normal transit. But the tracking info is not updated in time nowadays. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the logistics companies are very busy and some orders may take slightly longer to arrive. Please wait patiently. We can't promise the precise delivery time, but we will do our best to ship to you asap."

Like I'm some kind of idiot who doesn't understand, but just to be sure... My parcel was shipped? But you're also going to "try" and ship to me asap? I thought it already shipped? Kinda contradictory, don't you think? I'm well aware that the logistics companies are busy, I work in home delivery and am very familiar with USPS tracking, they are still updating the tracking - terrible excuse! Oh, and how does she know that my package is in "normal" transit if she can't track it? BECAUSE IT'S ALL LIES! I call BS, but if not, why is it in normal delivery in the first place, when I paid for expedited?

Furthermore, they won't refund my shipping costs, because they've already paid the "shipping company" (if the items are even being shipped at all). They offered a $10 voucher - yeah, like I'm going to place another order after this, no thank you! Refund my shipping costs! I paid for expedited, and didn't get it - refund the shipping. Simple as that. Period. They won't. Probably because I'm not getting my purchase at all anyway, the extra shipping cost was just a bonus for them.

Sorry for the rant, just extremely frustrated. Save yourself from this mess, and DON'T SHOP WITH JOYSHOETIQUE, or affiliates!

Fake reviews

This website spends a lot of time writing itself fake reviews. I am fighting a refund 8 months on. The items were appalling. The stitches were coming apart, the material was thin and the items looked nothing like the images.

HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH WRITING FAKE REVIEWS?!

I have yet to receive my shoes as of June 10,2020. I ordered them on 4-17-2020. I received a bogus shipping number. So they stole my money. I tried calling, chat (I was mysteriously disconnected from the chat) and email to no avail. Need I say more?

HORRIBLE WEBSITE. You will never receive your product. They charged me over a month ago and I have yet to get my product. I ordered my items on May 3 and it "shipped" May 18. However, it has been stuck in the SAME location since then. It has not moved. When I contacted the seller, they were no help. They offered that I track the package on a different website, which couldn't even locate the tracking number! It's a scam and I HIGHLY recommend no one purchase anything off of this site.

... literally a waste of time. And money. Two months ago I ordered 1 bandanna I could wear during the COVID situation. I'm still waiting for it. It's in transit from China. 1 bandanna! I contacted their customer service a month ago, a month after I ordered it, and they thanked me for my patience. I've accepted I've lost my money. Don't lose yours.

I am leaving 1 star, but really this business doesn't deserve any stars. Not only did the order take forever to arrive, but the clothes I purchased were torn and what appeared and was described to be a dress with sequins on the Joyshoetique.com website ended up leaving glitter everywhere on my clothes and floor when I opened the package. They have a mailbox at a random lot (not even an actual building/location). When I visited the location, there were tons of letters to multiple Chinese retail companies. There were so many letters they did not even fit in the mailbox. It was raining the day I went there to investigate what happened to my letter and package, so people's returned items were also get wet and damaged. The people at this company are thieves and clearly running multiple scams and online clothing businesses. I wish I took photos of what I saw and all the companies that had mail going there.

For over $160 of purchases and over 12 emails, which I am embarrassed to say, they offered me $2 of a refund for three dresses via a promo code. They have corroborated with Zen Desk in scamming people. They didn't even stand by the refund policy of 30 days with a tracking receipt.
