I have purchased many Women's garments & Shoes for my girl around 2 weeks ago. Only a few have arrived so far but the thing she has tried on look amazing and very classy, maybe thats just her I'm not sure. The shoes look killer also!
With the price of the items people are buying I'm not sure how you can all be complaining.

At Christmas I brought her £1100 Givenchy, & £900 Dior Shoes.
Then JoyShoe pops up on my phone and I end up buying her about 20 pair from here at around £30 each (disposables)... altogether they added up to only half the price of 1 pair of high end shoes!

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... if you want a pair of shoes to last forever then put your hand in your pocket and spend some real money!

I paid 14 to have my parcel delivered in 3-7 days see attached. It says nothing about it being longer I could have just gone standard for 3.00 if I had know it would take longer. The post was almost as much as the item but I needed it by a certain date so I opted for the quick delivery. When 7 days came and went I was getting worried, so I emailed them they said it takes 3-7 days to process order then a further 3-25 days to send it! I felt duped as I picked the fast delivery as I needed item, I asked for my express delivery refunded then and just pay the standard but was told no as order is processed, but I explained you havnt with held your side of the deal I'm now into 2 weeks with no item but the insisted they couldn't refund and to just send item back when it arrives... hardly the answer I wanted. I'll never use them again

I want to start off by saying Ive never left a review on anything before wether the experience is good or bad. But I had to say something about this, i ordered a dress that was meant for a trip it didnt arrive in time & by the time I came back from the trip the dress was finally home & onced I open it was in such bad quality I couldnt even believe it I ordered an extra small & I received a dress that looks xtra large! It is not the same dress on the picture. Before the dress was even shipped I asked to cancel my order & they denied my request & sent it out anyway they did not want to refund my money I contacted them & they took forever to get back to me. Its just a bad experience and I wouldnt recommend for shoppers to shop here. It is not worth it. The material is terrible. Dont waste your money or time. They have beautiful pictures of their clothing but it is not the same in person.
